规划策略以华峰为产研中枢，创建服务型、共享式研发平台，依托资源优势，形成科技创新高地，成为高端产业和人才的聚集地，打造24小时活力社区。

设计延续区域组团空间，生成组团景观轴线，利用主入口人流导入，打造空间轴线，进一步丰富空间和景观形态，最大化利用沿街展示面和景观资源，生成复合多元的生态办公园区

界面展示通过标志性的形体关系和简洁干净的细节设计，形成强烈标识性，大尺度空间体验，彰显企业总部气势。园区以模数化细节设计为主，呈现端庄大气之势，利于PC技术使用，成本可控性强。通过采用空中花园和立体绿化，兼顾办公环境的生态性，创造更多的交流互动空间。

The project is located in Hongqiao Business District, Shanghai, with smooth traffic, few mature office parks around and a large amount of undeveloped land, which is weak in homogeneous competition.

The planning strategy takes Huafeng as the production and research center, creates a service-oriented and shared R & D platform, relies on resource advantages, forms a high-tech innovation highland, becomes a gathering place for high-end industries and talents, and creates a 24-hour vibrant community.

The design extends the regional group space, generates the group landscape axis, and uses the main entrance to create the space axis to further enrich the space and landscape form, maximize the use of display surface and landscape resources along the street, and generate a complex and diversified ecological office park.

Through the iconic physical relationship and simple and clean detail design, the interface display forms a strong identity and large-scale space experience, highlighting the momentum of the corporate headquarters. The park is mainly modular detail design, showing a dignified atmosphere of potential, conducive to the use of PC technology, cost control is strong. Through the use of sky garden and three-dimensional greening, taking into account the ecology of the office environment, to create more communication and interaction space.
